The employee who draws wages up to Rs. 15,000/- will fall under the purview of the ESIC Act, and the employee who is disabled and draws wages up to Rs. 25,000/- will also fall under the purview of the ESIC Act. In the case of disability, you have to show proof of the disability of the said person.
