Struggling to Land an HR Generalist Role: Does My Experience Hold Me Back?

Dear Seniors, please let me know what the role or job description of an HR Generalist is, as I am looking for a job as an HR Generalist. I have 2 years of experience in IR (7 months) and HR (1.6 months) in one of the most reputed MNCs. I have worked in almost all functions of HR (except Recruitment). Will it affect my profile because I am not getting good opportunities as an HR Generalist even though I have completed my MBA in HR (part-time)? Please help me out.

- Once you gain an understanding from them, identify the areas, processes, and skill sets you wish to learn, and then tackle each area accordingly. Benchmark what you already know against what you need to know.
