Hello,
I am new to this Forum. I am responsible for Training & Development in my organisation. Would like to know if there is any specific format or metrics to measure the effectiveness of Training which we regularly conduct for Freshers (Software Engineers).

Please find attached file which give you idea about how to set the skill matrix of an individual on that basis you can set the matrix and do plan for action.
