Birthday wishes on the whiteboard at the plant gate, a birthday card, and a monthly plant meeting for sharing the company's progress and internal matters. Motivate people by giving a good job award on a monthly basis, long-service awards, and gifts on employees' marriage celebrations. Additionally, celebrating festivals, sports tournaments, quizzes on the nature of the organization's products, general knowledge quizzes, annual gatherings, picnics, suggestion schemes, employee affairs forums, facilities helpline, etc.

Apart from the above-mentioned activities, we also organize fun activities with motivational or team-building messages for employee well-being. Additionally, we arrange dinners where the management team serves the employees.
