I just wanted to inquire whether Career Pathing is a possibility in the BPO industry. The reason I ask is that during internal job posting interviews, when I question the agents about their desired career progression, they seem content with any position as long as it involves a promotion.
Considering this, does it make sense to implement a career pathing program in such an industry? If so, are there any specific strategies for implementing it effectively?
