Dear All,
I need some clarification regarding the leave policy,.
In my company the Leaves calender starts from April to March,is there any consequences as per the statutory.Please help me in this regard. My mail Id is "hr@modyford.com"

I also want the same clarification from anyone . From when one leave calender starts? Is it from 1st January to 31st December or from 1st April to next 31st March? Hope to receive any reply in respect of the above.Thank you.

Both the period of 1st Jan-31st Dec and 1st April-31st March are acceptable as per law.
