Celebrating Republic Day at Work on a Tight Budget: Creative Ideas for Small Teams

Dear Seniors, please suggest what I can do for my employees on the eve of Republic Day. My budget is very low, maybe around Rs. 500. Ours is a small company with 30 employees. Here are a few ideas that I have in mind. I need more suggestions.

1. I am planning to give chocolates to everyone.
2. (OR) Small gifts to all.
3. (OR) Pens for everyone.
4. (OR) Sweets.
5. (OR) Conduct a lucky draw - The one who wins will get a gift.

It's difficult to get your correct name from your ID. But anyways, here is my suggestion.

Suggestion for Republic Day Activity

Keep a chart paper on the company notice board or a common place and ask them to write a few lines about INDIA. Display that chart paper on the notice board for a few days and give a gift to the best write-up.

In addition to Mr. Amit's idea, you can also ask all employees to write a few lines about India and their perspectives on the good and bad things about the country. The worth will be in getting the gist, knowledge, and sharing of different points of view.

Suggestion for Republic Day Celebration

Distribution of gifts through a lucky draw is not a good idea. Why don't you distribute sweets to all employees? Even though you have a very limited budget, this idea is also good. For 30 employees, 500 rupees worth of sweets is sufficient. I hope this suggestion will be helpful to you.
