I'm working on a project to make a recruitment model for a pharma company to recruit salespersons all over india
Could anyone help with a model & backup plan
The current source of recruitment is Employee Referral Only
Please help asap .. thank you all

First try and understand what kind of recruits does the company require ?
R u done with HRP ? If yes , then refer to recruitment Sources / methods...
and finally frame a policy as well as a Recruitment manual.

if you want to recruit all over india basis then you have to work out on this that wht should be the profile of candidates and if requirment is more in numbers then you can take help of news paper and consultancies .
