Building a Pharma Sales Recruitment Model in India: Need Help with Strategies Beyond Employee Referrals

I'm working on a project to make a recruitment model for a pharma company to recruit salespersons all over India. Could anyone help with a model and backup plan? The current source of recruitment is Employee Referral Only.

First, try to understand what kind of recruits the company requires. Are you done with HRP? If yes, then refer to recruitment sources/methods and finally, frame a policy as well as a recruitment manual.

If you want to recruit on an all-India basis, then you have to determine the profile of candidates. If the requirement is for a large number of candidates, you can seek help from newspapers and consultancies.
