Struggling with Excel? How Do You Calculate Date Differences for Years, Months, and Days?

Dear All, I need your help to understand how to calculate the difference between two dates in Excel using formulas.

Example:
Date of joining the company: 1/11/2009
Today's Date: 24/1/2011

It should give the answer as 1 year, 2 months, 23 days.
