New to HR? Need Help Understanding Salary Slips and ESI Deductions Urgently

Hi, I am new to the HR field and I'm working with a software company. I need to have some samples of salary slips and also want to know about what ESI is and all deductions. It's urgent if anyone can help me.

PF = 12% on Basic (8.33% goes to pension & 3.67% goes to PF (Basic = 6500)

ESIC: 1.75% Employee & 4.75% Employer (Gross = 10000)

P.T = As per slab

Gratuity = Basic/26 * 15 * number of years.

Payslip contains one side earning and other side deduction.
