Gratuity Benefits: How Do I Apply and What Should I Know?

Can anyone suggest the process for applying for Gratuity benefits?

It's not clear whether you are an employee or employer. If you are an employee and eligible to receive gratuity for the number of years you have worked with this organization, you need to fill out Form I of Gratuity and submit it to your employer. Any new employee joining the organization may fill out Form F for nomination.

If the company is new and wishes to inform the labor department, the employer needs to submit Form G signed and stamped.

Thanks for the reply. I need information from both sides (Employee & Employer) with complete details for:

a) Procedure for temporary & Permanent disablement of EMP

b) Completion of 5 years of service

c) Sudden death of EMP
