To Open A Proprietory Firm What All We Need

I have a recruitment consultancy firm. Its a proprietory firm. last year I have started. Turnover of the firm is below 10 lcks.
1. I want to know to file Income tax return what we need.
2. Iwant to know whether I have to take separate pan card in the name of the firm or my perosnal pancard i can use.
3. I have to take service tax registration number or not.
4. i have to file tds returns or not

Ans : No. separate PAN card is not required
An individual (proprietor) is the company in proprietorship firm. So your personal PAN will be company's PAN.
3. I have to take service tax registration number or not.
Ans : Yes. Its required.
4. i have to file tds returns or not
Ans : Yes, you'll have to.

just help me please what all documents I require to open a proprietory firm
1) Address proof : lease paper / Ration card (if going operate from home) / passport etc.... ( this address would be your firm's address)
2) photo identity proof : PAN card / driving lic / voter ID etc (for your (proprietor ID)
Above mentioned two documents are require to get the shop act license.
* Get the shop & act license done.
* make the rubber stamp / letter heads.....
* open an current a/c in the name of firm
