How Can I Make My Salary More Tax-Friendly as a Senior Citizen? Seeking Advice!

I recently received an employment offer. I request members to offer their advice on how to make the current salary breakup more tax-efficient so that my take-home salary is the highest. I am a Senior Citizen (No Tax Up to 2.4 Lakhs).

In place of a special allowance, you can ask for a club allowance to the tune of Rs. 100,000 per annum, which will be exempted from tax if you provide proof or a receipt from health clubs or holiday clubs.
