Tweaking CTC To Make It Tax Efficient And Maximize Take Home

Hello Everyone,
I recently got an employment offer. I request members to pour in their advise on how to make the current salary breakup more tax efficient, so that my take home salary is the highest.
I am a Senior Citizen ( No Tax Upto 2.4 Lakhs ).

In place of spl. allowance, you can ask for club allowance to the tune of Rs.100,000/- p.a. which will be exempted from tax if you provide proof/receipt from health clubs/holiday clubs.
