Urgent Help Needed: Do We Need a License to Transport Diesel to Our Factory?

Hi Everybody, This is Sudheer, working in an industry in Maharashtra. We have a Diesel Generator Set with a capacity of 650 KVA and a diesel capacity of 1000 liters (approx. 80 liters per hour consumption). I request you all to kindly suggest whether we need any approval or license to transport the diesel from the filling stations to the factory. This is very urgent, and I request you to please revert with your valuable suggestions.

Could anyone please provide the statutory checklist for Class C petroleum storage for an underground tank? We are in the process of installing a diesel storage tank with a capacity of 35KL.
