Is Registering Under the S&E Act, 1954 Mandatory for Our 25-Employee Office in Delhi?

We have 25 employees in our establishment in New Delhi. Is it compulsory to register our establishment under the S&E Act, 1954? If it is compulsory, what forms are required to get registration?

Dear Jony,

Yes, it is compulsory. However, in 1990, registration under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act was kept in abeyance, but all other provisions of the law apply.
