What Should We Call Someone Who Manages Employee-Client Relations On-Site?

Hi all, what could be the designation of a person who handles matters of employees deputed at a client site in terms of getting their monthly timesheet, helping them in their deputation, and acting as an interface between the client and the employee, as well as between the employee and the company?

I think, based on my knowledge, it is related to liaisoning because the meaning of liaison is a coordinator between people and organizations, and also someone who keeps secrets. You should refer to him as a Liaisoning Officer, depending on his performance and qualifications.
