What Should We Call Someone Who Manages Employee-Client Relations On-Site?

Kiran Insan
Hi all,

What could be the designation of a person who handles matters of employees deputed at a client site in terms of getting their monthly timesheet, helping them in their deputation, actually acting as an interface between the client and the employee, and between the employee and the company.

P.S. - This position is a separate entity.

Would be pleased if you share some of your ideas.

Thanks,
Kiran

Hi Kiran, as Viraj has mentioned, the people handling the profile you mentioned are given the designation of HR Coordinator/HR Officer.

Generally, this type of activity will be handled by process executives, HR supervisors, or process associates.

As you mentioned the job role, we have the same kind for each of our sites. We call it "Admin Coordinator." I hope this information may help you.

You may designate as Executive - Client and HR Coordinator, Executive Coordinator - Client & HR, or simply Client and HR Coordinator.

Or you can call him/her a SPOC, which means "Single Point of Contact" for both sides.

I think, based on my knowledge, it is related to liaisoning because the meaning of liaison is a coordinator between people and organizations, and also someone who keeps secrets. You should refer to him as a Liaisoning Officer, depending on his performance and qualifications.
