Confused About EPS Transfer After Submitting Form 13? Here's What You Need to Know

Hi, could you please let me know how to transfer the EPS? I have already submitted Form 13 to transfer the EPF to a new company. Does this take care of transferring the EPS too?

EPF and EPS Transfer Process

Subsequent to the submission of Form 13, the EPFO will prepare Annexure K, which will include details of both EPF and EPS. Therefore, the submission of a single form will suffice for both.

Hi, I had applied for a PF transfer (Form-13) from Company-1 to Company-2. The PF has been transferred from Company-1 to Company-2, but my previous employer, Company-1, says that I need to reapply for EPS since it was rejected or returned from the PF office. Now, since I have moved to Company-3, how can I claim the EPS transfer from Company-1? Can I initiate it through my current Company-3? Please suggest.

I believe with FORM 13, both EPF and EPS get transferred automatically. My PF was transferred after 3 months of submitting the duly filled FORM 13. However, there are no updates on EPS. Can I track my EPS transfer request?

I changed my job in 2007. I received an email from the PF office stating that my PF amount has been transferred, and I need to submit Form 13 to transfer my EPS fund. Please advise me on where I need to submit Form 13 to transfer my EPS fund to my new company's account.
