Local Conveyance - Field Work

Dear Peers,
The existing policy of my organisation for reimbursement of local conveyance for official work is Rs.2.75 per KM for 2 wheeler and Rs.4.50 per KM for 4 wheelers. These rates are in place for the last 5 years. Now due to the frequent increase of fuel price, employees who are on field work are requesting to increase the conveyance.
Before putting my proposals to management, I would like to know from you what are the existing rates your organisation is paying and what is the rates you suggest me.

In our org., it is 4.00 & 8.00 per km respectively for two & four wheelers.

My organisation is also facing similar issues. we currently have Rs 3.25 for two wheeler and Rs 6.5 for cars..
let mek now what have you decided on.
