Sorry, but in my view, such trivial matters should not be posted. There are no 'HR' solutions for this. So my request to all is to post only issues which are value add to all.....

But i had made the poster and pasted in the pantry near Vending Machine yesterday.... Today the response was good....
The housekeeping ppl were relaxing... as there was no spills in floor and slab...

Hi,
It' nice to hear that few ideas worked for ur office... But what about rooting out the cause of the disease rather than treating it with various (costly???) medications... (few points to be thought:like changing the location of coffee machine, size of cups, rush time at the place of machine, machine operator boy:if possible, providing sugar packets/cubes rather than sugar bowl etc.)because none seems to be deliberately thinks to be part of unsocial behaviour...

For avoiding coffee spilling : Check the tea cup size is some what bigger than the coffee / tea level. This avoids spilling.
For avoiding sugar spilling : 1) If every body is adding sugar means, grind the sugar as powder and you can mix a ratio of sugar in the coffee powder itself before filling in the cartridge.
2) For normal / low sugar users you can use double or triple delivery machines. So that separate delivery can be used as per required.

I strongly felt that INDIAN CULTURE need to adopt EFFECTIVE HOUSE KEEPING SKILLS which is missing in most of the Indians hailing from MIDDLE CLASS or POOR FAMILY BACKGROUND as i am experiencing the same with our employees(around 1500).
We also need to understand that GOOD HOUSE KEEPING SKILLS can change our LIVING STYLE and can help us to progress in our career.
