In a salary certificate, if the reason for issuing the certificate is added, it will be more appropriate from the company's perspective to avoid misuse of the certificate.

Hi Vikas & Vivek, you both are right, but the salary certificate is given to employees only upon their demand. It is not necessary to provide the salary certificate to each employee. After verifying their request, the HR Department should issue the salary certificate.
