Need Help with Reporting Performance Appraisals for 150 Employees – Any Templates or Samples?

Dear friends,

I have just completed the first phase of Performance Appraisals for 150 employees. The second part involves analyzing the forms so that I can prepare a report to the Board. This is the first exercise in the organization I work.

Kindly assist me with the procedure, template, or any sample that I can use to present a report.
