Absconding Issue - Salary Slip

Hi,
My first job was in a BPO from where I absconded after 8 months since the work was not adding value to my career and the bond amount was 1lakh which I could not pay.
However, while joining my current company, I made it clear about this issue and they were willing to take me based on my last salary slip. I have been working in this company for almost 3 years now. Now I have a concern that if I happen to join another company, will they ask me for relieving letter from my first company? If yes, what should I do? I prefer telling them the truth but I am worried that they might not take me. (I do not plan on absconding from my current company).
If I approach my first company for a relieving letter, I am worried that they will ask for the bond money which I really cannot pay since I dont have a strong financial standing.
Kindly suggest what I should do.

Normally relieving letter from the immediate preceding employer is given at the time of joining. Therefore, you can very well forget about your first employment. After all, it was for eight months. Even if you show that service in your resume, that would not add any value. Therefore, forget about that service and go ahead with your present employment.

Hello Madhu,
Recently, an MNC has offered me a job. Since they have third party verification, I have decided to specify the reasons why I left my first company (BPO). Do you think this will reflect negatively on me and lead to termination of employment? If I am honest about why I left without honoring the formal procedure of leaving the first company, will I be charged of falsification of facts?
