What Are the Future Career Prospects for BPO Trainers in HR? Seeking Advice!

I have an MBA in HR and currently work with a BPO as a process trainer. This is my first job after my MBA, and I was a fresher. Could you please suggest what the future career prospects are for a trainer? Will this role be beneficial for my career as an HR professional?

It will be helpful, but with this job, you can join a course certified by the Delhi government. You can find it on Google by searching for "ISTD." This course will be useful for your career.

Thank you, Mr. Ashish, for your reply. However, I have already invested a large amount in my MBA and need to pay off the loan. Therefore, I can't invest more in any additional courses until I earn enough money on my own. So, if I choose not to pursue this course, would it still be beneficial for me to become a trainer as a fresher?
