Iam doing my MBA from Pondichery University.
Please suggest me in selecting topic for project work.
Can i take up HR operations as an topic and work on it.
what are the pro's and con's.

U can do in the following streams:
1) Performance appriasal
2) Effectiveness of Training & Induction (like Inhouse & Out house trainings)
3) Employee Satisfaction/motivation
4) Employee welfare activities (like children education, hospital facilities, house rent facilities/Quarters, Post retirement benefints etc.,)

I am doing my research on "Exit interviews and its impact on Retention Management" and for this research am conducting a random sampling.
Would love to know if any of you can help me complete my research by filling in my questionnaire.

You don't even have the drive to come up with a few topics for the project. You shamelessly ask other people to provide you topics. It is as if God did not give any brains to you. Make a list and then ask for suggestions or improvements. Don't keep a blank slate and ask people to fill it. Learn to stand up on your own two feet.
