Seeking Advice: Which HR Certifications Have You Found Most Valuable and Why?

Are you guys aware of any good HR certifications? Some that I am aware of are MBTI, Thomas, and other psychometric instrument certifications, as well as the SPHR by SHRM. Please share your inputs.
