If a person is working as an HR Generalist for a year and wants to transition into the SAP Functional Domain, does the previous experience benefit them in any way? Otherwise, is SAP HR a completely different domain to work in?
In brief, is SAP HR related to the HR Generalist job in terms of understanding and adding value? Please share your views on the same.
