Seeking Advice on the Best Employee Self Service Tools: What Are Your Recommendations?

We are planning to implement the Employee Self Service module, which includes Performance Management, e-Learning, Compensation Benchmark, and Absence Management. I kindly request all of you to advise me on the best applications available in the market. If possible, please provide details regarding the cost and vendor names as well.

Dear Rakesh,

To be honest, I don't remember the version or application of ESS that is used by Reliance Industries Ltd., since it's been a long time since I left RIL. However, I can assure you that the module used by RIL is covered comprehensively, whether it pertains to HR, Finance, Sales, etc.
