It's 8 working hours, and the weekly off is 2 days or one day, depending on your company policy.

As per the Factories Act of 1948, the maximum working time per day is 9 hours and per week is 48 hours. The maximum time without a break is 5 hours. Thereafter, an interval of 30 minutes is mandatory. The maximum time span for work, including the interval, per day is 10 hours and 30 minutes. Additionally, a statutory weekly off of one day is required.
