Looking For An Opening In HR

I am Kalpana. I am looking for an opening in HR. I ahve 10 yrs or experience in Internation call center. I am pursing MBA Distance Learning from Symbiosis.I am trying hard for an opening in HR but am unable to get any opening not even as a fresher. I have uploaded my resure on all the good job portals but i am just getting opening related to BPO. Kindly help me out as I am without a job now.
