Your questionnaire is excellent,i mean, a good format of online questionnaire. You could have given some more details on the project also, so that viewers can suggest even best points to analyze. I mean, can you share me
1) What is the scope of this topic in your view.
2) What are you expecting as an end result.
3) Have you gathered any cases??
4) Implementation of HRIS can be of any type, it actually depends requirements such as no of employees, scope of HRIS, nature of company ( economical and also in cultural dimentions)
etc etc.
You can start a discussion in this forum to gain more knowledge on the project which you are working on. It helps in your VIVA.

My project is regarding HRIS i.e human resource information system.
objective of my project is to know whether an Ms-excel is better to use or a software is better to use for information up gradation or storage in an organization. as many of the companies uses ms-excel (mostly small or medium organizations as its every expensive) are they satisfied with ms-excel or want an hris software to be implemented. and those how are using a software, what software are they using? and are they satisfied with it? does it provide all the needed help or not?
these are some of the things i want to know about so in that i need your help please fill in the questionnaire whether you use a HRIS software or any other tool. your contribution will help me a lot so please just take 15 min out from your busy schedule and please fill the questionnaire.

the objective of my study is to know whether the HRIS software is easy to work with or any MS- excel sheet. Is the organization satisfied with what they are using and do they want to implement HRIS software if they are using a Ms-excel sheet. what problems the organization faces using a ms-excel. And what problem comes in when HRIS software is used.
