Your questionnaire is excellent, I mean, a good format of an online questionnaire. You could have given some more details on the project also, so that viewers can suggest even better points to analyze. I mean, can you share with me:

1) What is the scope of this topic in your view?
2) What are you expecting as an end result?
3) Have you gathered any cases?
4) Implementation of HRIS can be of any type; it actually depends on requirements such as the number of employees, scope of HRIS, nature of the company (economic and also in cultural dimensions), etc.

You can start a discussion in this forum to gain more knowledge on the project on which you are working. It helps in your VIVA.

My project is regarding HRIS, i.e., Human Resource Information System. The objective of my project is to determine whether MS-Excel is better to use or if a software solution is more suitable for information upgrading and storage in an organization. Many companies, especially small or medium-sized ones, use MS-Excel due to its cost-effectiveness. I aim to investigate whether they are satisfied with MS-Excel or if they prefer implementing an HRIS software. For those using software, I am interested in knowing which software they use and whether they are satisfied with its performance and if it meets all their requirements.

I would greatly appreciate your help in filling out a questionnaire regarding whether you use an HRIS software or any other tool. Your input will be invaluable to my research. Kindly spare 15 minutes from your busy schedule to complete the questionnaire.
