Training Workshops to Conduct
There are hordes of training workshops that you can conduct. You need to start with soft skills like communication, grammar, telephone etiquette, and team-building activities.
You will need to find out from your seniors what the training requirements are, and based on that, you can then design content. But to begin with, you need to know the requirements for your organization. The workshops mentioned above are the most common ones, though.
