Your posts were so interesting that I wished to compliment you on the same. They were most excellently communicative, clarifying exactly what one requires to know. One small point I did wish to make, though: amongst the major roles as adopted by the HR, especially if we were to define a generalist's role, the four important ones that we HR professionals need to clarify are Recruitment (leading to) Allocation of the Resource (leading to) T&D (to ensure that the resource grows with the company) and finally Retention, in which, yet again, Training plays a networked role. Could you please clarify further?
