Your query is not very clear; that's why there has been no response. For ESIC, the ceiling is ₹15,000 gross salary. Employees earning above ₹15,000 per month are not covered by the ESIC scheme.

EPF Scheme Details

The EPF scheme initially had a limit of ₹6,500 basic salary, of which 12% is deducted. Many organizations either deduct the PF at 12% as per the spirit of the law, thus helping employees save money and receive a fixed interest of 8.5%.

Some organizations have adopted a policy of taking advantage of the maximum limit and deducting 12% of ₹6,500, i.e., ₹780 per month, rather than 12% of the basic salary. Thus, the difference lies in either just fulfilling the law or applying the law in spirit.

I want to address the increasing dates regarding ESIC, increasing from 1.5.2010, 10000 to 15000, and PF increasing from 1.6.2001, 5000 to 6500. I require the complete details of the increasing dates.
