What standard to be used for Fire Extinguisher survey? Is that standard common for a chemical and Mechanical industry? Is there any special consideration during survey when the plant is equipped with Fire Hydrant?

I need clarity in your question i.e. "for Fire Extinguisher survey?". I understood it may be the installtion. Please go through the IS 2190 for "Selection, Installation and Maintenance of first-aid fire extinguishers - code of practice".
Standard is common for any industry. You may carryout the "Fire Risk Assessment" for your industry, based on the recommendations you ought to provide the fire safety systems.
