1. Recruitment policy
a. Policy on recruitment of BE
b. Policy on recruitment of MBA
c. Policy on recruitment of CA, etc.

2. Compensation policy
3. Appraisal Policy
4. Employee exit policy
5. Employee welfare policy
a. Uniform policy
b. Canteen policy
c. Transport facility, etc.

6. Leave policy
7. Policy on employees on contract
8. Policy of PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances
9. Policy on service awards, monetary and non-monetary awards
10. Policy on batta, outstation allowance
11. Relocation and transfer policy
12. Education policy
13. Insurance, mediclaim, medical allowance
14. IT policy - allocation of system, laptop

There are many more policies that you can develop based on the needs of your company.
