Forming HR Policies

Dear All,
I recently joined a IT firm as an HR personnel and i want to form HR policies for the same.
Request you all to help me for the same.

Compensation policies
Dress code Policies
Clean Desk policies
Absenteeism and Tardiness Policy
Leave policy
All thepolicies will depend on nature of the company trade.

5. Employee welfare policy
a. Uniform policy
b. Canteen policy
c. Transport facility etc

7. Policy on employee on contract
8. Policy of PF, ESI, Gratuity and other statutory compliances
9. Policy on service awards, monetary and non monetary awards
10. Policy on batta, outstation allowance,
11. Relocation, transfer policy

13. Insurance, mediclaim, medical allowance
