Seeking Insights on Ramco ERP-HR Module: How Does It Perform in Real-World Use?

Dear Friends,

We are in the process of implementing ERP for the HR department. I would like to know if any of you are already users of Ramco ERP-HR module. If yes, please share your experience from the perspectives of:
1) Response time to queries
2) User-friendliness
3) Feedback from employees on ESS

Also, if you have any suggestions on other HR ERP software, please share your inputs. We are a 200+ organization and are looking for an ERP covering (preferably) Recruitment and other HR activities.

My understanding of Ramco HRIS is that it's more suitable for companies with a workforce of 900-1000 employees or more. Is this correct? If yes, then it may not be suitable for Shreerang's company as their employee strength is just 200 or more.
