I need some advice. I am currently working in HR in a more administrative role, handling paperwork and generating reports, etc. I am not satisfied with what I am doing and don't know how to proceed. What can I do to make my role more interesting? I am part of a large organization. Do all large companies have the same problem of routine work, or is it just me? Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
