Need Help Simplifying a Lengthy Application Form – Any Suggestions for a Quick Update?

I have been given a project to update an application form, the one I have in hand is very lengthy. I request all of you to please help me with a format that is comprehensive yet updated and also doesn't take too much time to be filled up.

This is not an application blank; it's an application form. An application blank is the form given to the new employee, mostly after induction, to recognize whether they are suitable or not, to understand their attitude, and more. There are some questionnaires that will be interrelated, and if the employee falsifies information, the scrutinizer can catch them in no time. I don't have the exact format, but the questions are like:

- How many GF/BF do you have?
- Have you experienced any breakups with your partner?
- What does sex mean to you?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- What are your skills?
- What are your career skills?
- How is your partner?
- What actually motivates you?
- Who do you live with?
- What are your qualifications?
- Why are you here?
- What attracts you here?
- What do you dislike about this place?
- What is love?

The list goes on. Some of these questions are interrelated, so you can identify any dishonest employees easily.
