Experience in the Customer Services Industry
I am sharing an experience with you regarding the customer services industry, specifically about call centers, whether inbound or outbound. When a new product is launched, new policies are implemented, or new processes are introduced into the system, the first step is to open a MOCK (arrange the environment on the floor). Following this, two individuals voluntarily take on roles and engage in discussions similar to a role-play, aiding in better understanding. Subsequently, a session is held to explore how to enhance productivity for our world.
