I need an MBA fresher resume format. What are the preferences of the hiring managers that should match our resume? Could someone kindly provide me with information on how our resume should be? Can anyone give me some samples?

Nothing like that in your resume. You should highlight the achievements, projects done, additional qualifications, and soft skills. This is what will make you stand out among others.

For a fresher, the most important thing required is your communication skills. Also, your resume should contain what your key areas of interest in HR are and have some deep knowledge in that with examples. Your resume design should be crisp and clear of grammar or spelling mistakes. Your extracurricular activities should be highlighted.

Most of all, prepare yourself for the question - Tell about Yourself.
