Job Description
Title: Management Consultant HR-Learning and Development
Based at: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Coimbatore/Nagpur
Job purpose:
To plan and carry out training design and delivery activities as per the requirements for the business centre. Gets actively involved in design and up-load of materials on ELearning platform and interfaces with IT team as and when required. Support the learners with information, sessions, guidance for usage, and continuous communication about the programs. Facilitate a smooth implementation of calendar programs for the year. Also coordinate and facilitate all activities related to Employee engagement, Organization development, Talent management, Knowledge Management.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Design and upload of training materials with guidance
2. Support Learners across centers in location to use the E-Learning platform
3. Interface with IT incase of technical challenges
4. Maintain and generate reports on L&D coverage
5. Deliver capsule programs, motivational videos and messages of the leadership
6. Interact with floor supervisors and managers on regular basis to create a database of continuing requirements that need to be looked into through special Intervention programs
7. Respond to and follow up learning enquiries by phone, emails and personal interactions
8. Liaison target audience, team leads and supervisors for using lean time for learning projects and programs
9. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
10. Conduct discussions on error analysis along with respective location teams and address the root cause
11. Use the environment and role for quick learning and implementation
Key Competencies:
Excellent Communication, Influencing and Negotiation skills
Computer Skills MS Office, Flash and media trained with knowledge of SABA and scorm applications for E-Learning platforms, Software design abilities
Management Ability Is able to interface and get things done. Good Project management skills
