Every state government has been empowered to decide the minimum wages under The Minimum Wages Act for every scheduled employment/industry. The minimum wages under such schedule employment is applicable through out the state.The rate of basic wages will differ from zone to zone. It will be higher in zone I and loweest in zone III or IV. Whereas the rate of special allowance will reman same irrespective of zone. Dear Members,
Request you to kindly provide me the proces and document required for surrendering the ESIC sub code in Thane, Mumbai.
In june 2000, we had completed one project in thane area in this regard we had taken ESIC Sub Code from thane esic of our one of the factory located at Kolkatta but this code coverage letter received in June 2007. In between above said kolkatta factory also closed.
