I have been asked to revise entire Compensation Structure in my Company.
Kindly suggest some good Consultants for the expert advice & also to abide by the Statutary & other Laws, i also intend to design the structure to get maximum benifit or tax rebates.

Need more info on which category of employees salary restructuring are you looking at? Low, middle or top . Accordingly we can work out a plan to do the same.
