Need Help Finding Expert Consultants for Overhauling Our Compensation Structure

Dear Seniors, I have been asked to revise the entire compensation structure in my company. Kindly suggest some good consultants for expert advice to ensure compliance with statutory and other laws. I also intend to design the structure to maximize benefits or tax rebates. Please help.

I need more information on which category of employees' salary restructuring you are looking at—low, middle, or top. Accordingly, we can work out a plan to do the same.
