Yes Aparajita, I am open to your such proposal - this would certainly be a stepping stone for professional enrichment for all of us. Let it be scheduled either on any of Saturday eve or on Sunday to get good numbers of participants.

Kolkata has suddenly fallen silent.. why?? come HR's lets do it.. how about first week of July... we can fix a venue and meet agenda..

I know a few people personally who are part of citehr, I can invite them and you do the same, just plan out a venue and date. then we can invite people.. not too many HR's seems to be in Citehr from Kolkata. May be we can get the first gathering going by 10-15 members..
