You haven't mentioned what the actual need of this training program is. My suggestions are as follows:

- Identify the need for training.
- Decide on the kind of results you are looking for.
- Determine who the trainees are.
- Understand the exceptions your trainees may have.

8. Number of Participants and their brief background
