LWF applicability is on 5 or more employees in Gujarat, and the per-employee LWF rate is @3/- for employees and @6/- for employers. Where an establishment has different branches or departments, all such branches or departments, whether situated in the same premises or different premises, shall be treated as parts of the same establishment.
