Without knowing more points of interest, it's difficult, no doubt. However, I do realize that, depending on your individual circumstances, some people have been able to pursue distance education through our state provider while living in another state or even abroad. I'm almost certain you can (or you used to be able to!) through the OAC's distance education program in SA as well. Neither is QLD, nor NSW! I certainly can't see any reason why a private distance education provider would have any issue with where you live, as long as your parents continue paying your school fees on time! The issue you *might* encounter is if you want your education to be state-supported/publicly funded—it might (likely) be that the NSW Department of Education refuses to fund your distance education unless you meet conditions that prevent you from attending a NSW public school.
