Need Help Crafting a Recruitment and Selection Questionnaire for My Dissertation

Hello everyone, I'm currently writing my dissertation based on effective recruitment and selection practices. My primary research is to conduct a questionnaire to investigate the recruitment and selection experience of the current staff and to critically review recruitment and selection practices that Human Resources use. Please HELP me to conduct a relevant questionnaire. Also, if anyone has any useful journals based on recruitment and selection methods, please let me know. I would very much appreciate it.

Hello Nashbramhall, I am pursuing an MBA in HR and have to prepare a project for my internship on the effectiveness and scope of employee referrals in the process of recruitment and selection. I am very confused regarding the questionnaire that I have to create. I have made 2 to 3 questionnaires, but my faculty guide rejected them. She advised me to create a standard questionnaire or a questionnaire using only one scale. If you can assist me or provide some samples of questionnaires related to my topic, please reply. I am waiting.
