Recruitment And Selection Questionnaire - DOC Download

Hello every one,

I’m currently writing my dissertation based on effective recruitment and selection practices. My primary research is to conduct a questionnaire to investigate the recruitment and selection experience of the current staff and to critically review recruitment and selection practices that Human Resources use.

Please HELP me to conduct a relevant questionnaire.

Also if anyone has any useful journals based on recruitment and selection methods please let me now, I would very much appreciate it.

Helloo nashbramhall sir,
i am doing mba in hr. i have to prepare a project for my internship on effectiveness and scope of employee referrals in the process of recruitment and selection. i am very confused regarding the questionnaire which i have to made. i have made a 2 , 3 questionnaire but my faculty guide had reject that she told me to make standard questionnaire or make questionnaire on one scale only. if you can help me or send me some samples of questionanire in regarding of my questionanire then plz rply i am waiting
