Dear Sir,

Please see the attached information regarding the payment made by the government to contract workers in Haryana district. Highly skilled workers are being paid Rs. 406.45, whereas in Rajasthan, contract workers are only receiving Rs. 271. Recently, there was an increase of only Rs. 6. Can you please clarify why there is such a disparity in the payment to contract workers between the two states?
