I am a research scholar ,Doing project on Human Resource Accounting , for which I need Information on how to Calculate Lev & Schwartz Model.A step by step process of that formula were most welcome.
How the following terms are to be calculated in the formula:
-the discount rate specific to the person.
-the individual annual earnings upto his retirment.
